A diagnosis of a neurological condition can occur at any point in an individual’s life and can be overwhelming for both the individual and for their family members and loved ones. People can find they need more support over time and without that support they can start to feel increasingly isolation impact on their wellbeing and quality of life.

Enablement Support is a local, friendly support service to individuals who have had a neurological condition. During our time together I can support you to continue doing things you enjoy, that help to brighten your day and contribute towards having a good quality of life.

Activities are based on the individuals wishes and needs and can vary from simply having a cup of tea and a chat, doing a much-loved hobby in their home or heading out into the community to a cafe, library, park etc.
