Enablement Support is a friendly, reliable support service to individuals who have had a stroke. During our time together I can support you to continue doing things you enjoy and help brighten your day.
Activities are based on the individuals wishes and needs and can vary from simply having a cup of tea and a chat, doing a much-loved hobby in their home or heading out into the community to a cafe, library, park etc.
Due to my experience as an Occupational Therapist in Stroke Rehabilitation, I have the specialist skills needed to support all individuals including those with complex moving and handling needs, communication needs and cognitive support needs.
